Cosmopor® sterile is a self-adhesive wound dressing that consists of a soft carrier fleece and a central wound pad.The wound contact layer consists of a fine-mesh polyethylene net that prevents it from sticking to the wound.The drainage effect of the micro-mesh enables secretions to be drained away quickly.The bandage is characterized by good absorbency and cushioning effect.It is also skin-friendly because it uses a hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive.
